The Bourbon Viking is my side project, where I experiment with blending mashbills from different distilleries and re-barreling. Every batch brings together bourbon from more than one distiller, and every batch is different.
Each blend is proofed slowly, bottled non-chill filtered, and released only when the flavor lands where I want it.
